nice place to stay and breath fresh air from the heart of bandung

i like the glamour ambience of the property, with emphasize the details, the view on rooftop pool and restaurant was incredible, i also like the AC which working properly

Unforgettable artdeco style property

Jacuzzi works properly, bathroom is nice, bed is comfortable and the breakfast is exceptional

A quiet boutique luxury hotels worth the money

breakfast place was very nice, outdoor, nice view . Food was also very good, with the right amount of variety. I like this hotel location cause it's very quiet. And there are also several small cafes and coffee shops around the hotel where you can walk. Really worth the money.

they only gave 1 key room for 2 persons while we have to use card for lift access ( I wonder the way their thinking) if you ask another one key you must deposit IDR 100.000

Pretty good for the price you paid, but...

The room was nice and the bed was very comfy! Variety of breakfast is good but quality can be improved (but considering the price you paid it’s good enough). The view from 10th floor and the rooftop pool is pretty nice. I like the stool inside the elevator btw

The bathroom was a bit small and smelly in my opinion. The carpet in my room was dirty (from previous guest spilled something I think). The water in rooftop pool was too cold and the jacuzzi wasn’t even warm, so we couldn’t really swim . And the rooftop was outdoor so a lot of people smoking there.

The interior, the food, the staffs are very friendly, helpful and polite.

The amenities... no tissue except toilet tissue inside the room. Sunday morning breakfast restaurant is so hectic so we should wait around 20-30 minutes to be seated.

Staffs are responsive and helpful, bed comfortable.

There were noises from outside, room not so well noise proof. The TV went off a couple of times and the picture quality is not so good.

Not a "Suite" Memory

The view was nice, but for that kind of money I paid, I can get better room/ establishment in Bandung with the same view.

My daughter was sick the night before and the road in Jakarta was flooded so I asked if we can moved the arrival date by one day, and the staff receiving the call arrogantly said it can't be done whatever the reason. So of we go, and as we arrived, The room "Queen Suite" that we ordered doesn't reflect the suite at all, very small and cramped inside, especially in the bathroom, more like entry level room.

Exceeded my expectations. Cozy and has one of the best view in town.

Friendly staffs, cozy atmosphere, quite, love the view from my room, there is balcony, the view on the 10th floor, the activities for kids (cupcake decorating, etc), the breakfast (great variety of pudding, my son loves it!), And of course the pool and the jacuzzi. Great view! Am thinking of going back again next time am in Bandung.

Small bathroom, not really cool air conditioner, small room. Had late lunch at the restaurant after checking in. the Restaurant food is average, I think the selling point of the restaurant is the view. I don't really mind all that because I love everything else about this hotel.

my experience is okay

- i love the cleanliness and the secluded location in residential area - the swimming pool is big enough for 3 - 4 adult people to swim. good view from the top

- small parking lot. not to mention the small path way to get to basement parking floor. extra effort if you have big car - one of the shower in my bathroom didn't work - only one pair of sandals available (usually two pair in other hotel)

Great place, the food not so much.

Love the decor with artdeco theme. We got the jacuzzi suit, it’s great. The staffs are helpful.

Not that soundproof. The food is disappointing. We were planning to enjoy the hotel and ordering room service, so we didn’t arrange any itinerary to go outside. But when our food came, it’s bland and tasteless. Even the breakfast and hot chocolate was disappointing, we decided to go eat outside even though it was raining hard. That how much we dislike the food.

A Nice Weekend Getaway

Nearly all of it. The exterior already catch us off guard with its grandeur, however the interior amaze us even more. The room is clean and spacious enough. The room interior is also nice and in theme with art deco era. The best part? Level 10, the breakfast lounge and swimming pool area. Eventhough it’s really windy and cold, the scenery is really worth every penny.

On the second level, in front of the lift, there is this unexplainable fishy smell which quickly become pretty annoying. The parking basement also quite narrow, so it’s hard to navigate at night. It’s manageable however, so it’s not a big issue.

Wonderful and Lovely

Located high on a mountain. Away from the busy traffic. Dining place and swimming pool on the top. Beautiful view of the city. Variety of food for breakfast. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Nice interior design. Bed is so comfortable. Simply a wonderful and lovely stay.

Unfortunately the hotel could not fulfilled my request to have my preference room even though I have stated much earlier when I made the booking. Even when I have checked in. And even thru out my 4 nights there, either all the rooms were really full or they didn’t put a note on that.
